| Using Global Commands to make Expired Members Inactive |

| Notes: Many customers have asked for a way to make all expired members inactive if their paid thru date is not within a certain date range. |

Before trying this, make a backup to hard drive and backup to floppy, zip or CD! PastPerfect is a database and after doing a global command, it is impossible to hit the “undo” button. When we make a change to the data, good or bad, it is permanent. By making a backup, if you are unhappy with the changes, you could restore your data with the help of one of our technicians.
