5. Featured Report - Donations, Dues and In-kind Gifts Summary
The Donations, Dues and In-kind Gifts Summary report is a useful tool to get a total of the monetary and in-kind contributions by each contact. To run this report, please go to the Reports section from the Main Menu. Select the "Dues & Donations" button on the left side under the Report Categories, and then double click the report name to run the report. You can specify a date range and sort order. This report may be viewed on screen in Preview, printed to a number of output formats, or exported to MS-Excel.
This report would be helpful if you wanted to acknowledge the top contributors in the last fiscal year (July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2009). In this case, you might be interested in just dues payments and donations. When you Run the Report, you can uncheck the box for In-kind Gifts, sort by "Total," and specify the date range. Your list will contain the following information for each contact: contact ID#, first name, last name, company, dues total, donation total and grand total. Sorting by Total puts the largest grand totals at the end of the report. The report also totals the dues, donations, and grand total for all contacts on the list.
If you have any questions, please contact our support office toll free 1-800-562-6080.
