October 2009: PastPerfect and Windows 7
The support office has tested PastPerfect Version 4.0 with the current release of the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system. So far, we are impressed with Windows 7 and have found no major problems. The few minor issues will be addressed in the 4.0E3 update to be released in November 2009. All installations of PastPerfect on Windows 7 computers must install at version 4.0D1 or higher. Previous installation CDs for PastPerfect 4.0 are not compatible with the Windows 7 operating system. PastPerfect Version 2 and Version 3 users will need to upgrade to PastPerfect 4.0 if they wish to use PastPerfect on a Microsoft Windows 7 computer. For updated PastPerfect hardware requirements, please go to Hardware Requirements on this website.
All users with PastPerfect 4.0C9 or Virtual Exhibit 4.004 or earlier installation CDs, who wish to install on a MS Windows 7 computer, including those who plan to upgrade an existing operating system to Windows 7, please call our support office toll free 1-800-562-6080 for compatible installation CDs.

June 2008: Video Tech Tips
PastPerfect Software, Inc. is proud to announce: Video Technical Tips! To better assist you, we continue to develop support services that are available from our website. In addition to the development of Frequently Asked Questions, we have started to develop Video Tech Tips as an audio-visual resource. This newest support service enables you to watch and listen, as the Video Tech Tip displays a demonstration of PastPerfect procedures on your computer screen.
Video Tech Tips may be viewed at your convenience! Once your selection loads, the video will begin playing automatically. You may use the controls below the video screen to pause, play, replay, and move backward and forward within the video. Additionally, if you would like to follow along using the text of the tip, a copy of the script is provided on the Video Tech Tip web page by selecting "Printable Text Version."
March 2007: PastPerfect and Windows Vista
The support office has tested PastPerfect Version 4.0 with the current release of the Microsoft Vista operating system.
