The Address & Phone Numbers Accordion is used to store basic contact information. In addition to the primary address fields, there are also fields for a secondary address along with dates (MM/DD) for when the secondary address is valid. Four phone number fields and three email fields are available as well.
When an address field is edited, a pop-up window will ask if you want to save the old address in the Address Notes field. The date the address changed is also recorded in the Address Change Date field.
The Stop Mail check box allows you to exclude this contact from mailings. Use this option if a contact has requested to no longer receive communication from you or if a contact is deceased.
The Email Newsletter check box is an easy way to keep track of contacts who want to receive your email newsletter.
